From the initial drafting phase, working with you to select the styles and materials that best suit your project, to the actual build process itself – we are focused on ensuring your satisfaction at every turn. All of our in-house designers have extensive knowledge in the outdoor living industry. We will leave no stone unturned when it comes to making your dream a reality.
We take the time to understand your needs to plan your project thoroughly. Every consultation comes with a basic 2D drawing of your deck to help you visualize its placement on your property. If you’re looking to take it to the next level, we also offer 3D renderings.
Once we’ve decided on
an overall look, we will consider the materials best suited to the project and your budget. Wood, composite and vinyl each come with their own strengths and advantages. We’ll advise on the best option, but the choice ultimately rests with you.
After our designers
complete drafting your project and decide on the materials required for your deck, we will send you
a quote along with your design package that includes potential options. We will then make any necessary design tweaks to fit your needs and budget.
Once you’ve approved
your project, our team of experienced professionals will mobilize at your home to begin preparation and construction. Your dedicated project manager will work alongside them, maintaining communication to ensure your dream becomes a reality.
